A BILL to repeal sections six, seven and twenty-five, article twenty, chapter thirty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, all relating to outdated language concerning the regional jail commission.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 20. WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL JAIL AND CORRECTIONAL FACILITY AUTHORITY.

§1.
Repeal of sections relating to regional jail commissions.

Sections six, seven and twenty-five, article twenty, chapter thirty-one of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, are hereby repealed.
